Every couple reaches the same moment. The venue is confirmed, the photographer is booked, the flowers have been chosen, and then someone asks the question nobody has answered yet. How are we actually getting there? For most weddings that question arrives later than it should, sometimes a few weeks out and occasionally only days before the ceremony. If that is where you are standing right now, the good news is simple. You are not too late, and you do not have to settle for whatever is left.
What We Need From You to Move Quickly
You do not need a finished plan, and you should not wait until you have one. Send over whatever is decided and we will build the rest around it. The details that let us answer fastest are your wedding date, the ceremony and reception addresses or as much of the plan as you have settled, every pickup and drop-off in the order you will need them including the house, hotel, or salon you are getting ready in, approximate start and end times for the car even if they are guesses, and how you would like to use it, whether that is the ceremony only, the first ride together after the vows, portraits between venues, the getaway at the end of the night, or all of it. Add the best mobile number to reach you on, because when the window is short a text is faster than an email.

Last Minute Does Not Mean Less
Booking late changes nothing about what arrives. The car is detailed and polished before every wedding, the red carpet is laid at the door, chilled champagne and water wait inside, the Just Married LED sign is ready for the exit, the air conditioning is running against the Florida heat, and your chauffeur is in a suit and tie with your schedule already in hand. A short window does not trim the experience, it simply means we start sooner.
If the Rolls Is Already Taken, Tell Us Anyway
Wedding dates move and plans change, and occasionally a date frees up. Couples who reached out late are the ones we call first, so send your date and a phone number and we will keep you in mind.
While You Wait on Us, Do These Two Things
First, tell your venues. A church needs your arrival time so the doors and the photographer are ready, a country club needs gate instructions and a place to pull in, and a beach or public location may need a permit for portraits. Second, send your driver the final schedule a few days ahead even if it is still marked draft. We already plan around ceremonies drifting and portraits running long, so the more we know in advance, the less anyone has to improvise on the day.
