The Wedding That Started It All: Gabby and Stephen, November 2025

This is the wedding that started Naples Wedding Car. Long before we ever owned a Rolls-Royce, we were the couple in the back seat. On a bright November day in 2025, Gabby and Stephen were married at Saint William Catholic Church in Naples and celebrated afterward at Shangri-La Springs in Bonita Springs. The vintage Rolls-Royce that carried us between the two turned out to be one of the most quietly meaningful pieces of the entire day.
From Home to the Church
The morning began at Gabby's family home, where the chauffeur pulled the cream white Silver Cloud II into the drive and waited while her father walked her out. That short ride to Saint William was the first time the day slowed down. No timelines to hit, no phones buzzing, just the hum of the engine and a few quiet minutes to breathe before the ceremony. By the time the car rolled up to the church and the door opened onto the paver walkway, it already felt like something out of a film.

A Ceremony at Saint William
The ceremony inside Saint William was traditional, warm, and full of family. When the doors opened again and Gabby and Stephen stepped out as husband and wife, the Rolls-Royce was waiting exactly where it had dropped her off. Guests spilled out onto the plaza, the chauffeur held the rear door, and the two of us climbed into the champagne leather back seat with our rings still catching the sun.

The Ride to Shangri-La Springs
From the church, our chauffeur drove us out to Shangri-La Springs in Bonita Springs for a private portrait session on the grounds before joining our guests. That drive is the part of the day we still talk about most. The world outside blurred by, the two of us finally alone, and somewhere along US 41 it hit us that we were actually married. Neither of us had expected the car to feel that important. It did.
Portraits on the Grounds
At Shangri-La Springs, the Silver Cloud II parked on the brick drive in front of the historic white estate while our photographer worked. The palms, the arched verandas, and the cream white paint of the Rolls all seemed to belong to the same era. Some of our very favorite photographs from the entire wedding are the handful we took beside the car in that quiet stretch of afternoon light.

A few frames later, holding hands beside the front fender, we caught the moment below. It is still one of our favorite pictures of us together, and it is the picture that eventually convinced us to do this for other couples.

Why We Started Naples Wedding Car
When we came home from the honeymoon, we kept coming back to the car. We had spent months planning every other detail, and the piece we had almost skipped ended up being one of the most memorable. When we looked around, we realized no one in Naples was offering a chauffeured vintage Rolls-Royce for weddings the way we had experienced it. There was something quietly magical about that ride that we felt other couples deserved to have too. So we bought a 1960 Silver Cloud II, put on a suit and tie, and started Naples Wedding Car.
